Abdul Basir Kadirzada; Fremont Massage Therapist Charged with Sexual Assault

The Fremont Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons Detective Unit recently investigated an alleged sexual assault involving a Fremont massage therapist. The victim stated the massage therapist had inappropriately touched her during a treatment.

Based on the investigation and positive identification, the massage therapist was identified as Abdul Basir Kadirzada (71 years old, resident of Fremont).

Kadirzada was a contract employee for a doctor’s office located on the 39000 block of Paseo Padre Parkway in Fremont, California. While investigating this incident, an additional victim came forward and accused Kadirzada of inappropriately touching her during a treatment that occurred in May 2022.

On September 16, 2022, Fremont Police Department arrested Kadirzada for several crimes identified during the investigation. Fremont PD presented the case involving two victims to the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office.

Kadirzada was subsequently charged with eight felony counts, including Penal Code 243.4(c) – sexual battery false professional purpose, Penal Code 289(d) – sexual penetration by foreign object, and Penal Code 243.4(a) – sexual battery. Kadirzada has since posted bail and is no longer in custody. A court date has been set where Kadirzada will be held to answer for the listed charges.
