Hunter Scheel & Emily Breidenbach Obituary, 2 Wisconsin Officers Killed in The Line of Duty Identified; Flags to Fly Half-Staff
Flags across the state will be lowered in honor of two western Wisconsin police officers who died in the line of duty over the weekend.
The two officers were killed during a shootout with a suspect following a traffic stop in Barron County Saturday.
Gov. Tony Evers identified the officers as Officer Emily Breidenbach of the Chetek Police Department and Officer Hunter Scheel of the Cameron Police Department.
The executive order will be enacted once the funeral arrangements have been announced.
