The rain didn’t stop people in the St. Louis area from attending the 45th annual Japan Festival at the Missouri Botanical Garden on Sunday. The festival has many recurring outdoor activities such as Osuwa Taiko, martial arts and local food vendors. The garden also hosts several indoor events where participants try to shelter from the weather. Japanese festivals run from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm until Monday.
