Michael Haddox, Victim Critically Injured in East Olive Avenue Shootout
On September 21, 2022, at 6:25 P.M, Porterville Police Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East Olive Avenue regarding an unresponsive male.
Officers located the male subject, observed he had a wound to his abdomen, and immediately began to render lifesaving aid to the victim before emergency medical personnel transported him to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Porterville Police Department Detectives responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.
Through the course of the investigation Porterville Police Department Detectives have been able to locate video surveillance that depicts the alleged suspect in this investigation.
The suspect has not been able to be positively identified in this investigation, however the suspect appears to be an unknown age male, with dark colored hair, wearing a dark colored t-shirt, blue denim jeans, white tennis shoes and riding a dark colored BMX style bicycle which may have red wheels.
