Richard L. Bork Obituary, Homicide Victim In Jackson County Town Of Manchester Identified

Authorities have identified the March homicide victim in the Jackson County town of Manchester as Richard L. Bork, 51, of rural Black River Falls.

Bork’s wife Star S. Myers, 49, of W10105 Highway O, Black River Falls, has been charged in Jackson County Court with felony counts of first-degree intentional homicide, hiding a corpse, possession of a firearm by a felon, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of fentanyl with intent to deliver, and possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver in connection with Bork’s death.

According to the criminal complaint:

Bork was reported missing on March 9.

Myers shot Bork in the head after he told her he slept with other women.

Myers then arranged to have Bork’s remains burned on her Jackson County town of Manchester property.

Myers returns to court April 19.
