Robert W. Orr; Florida Man Arrested Again After Third Victim of Hidden Cameras in Condo Master Bedroom was Identified
According to reports, a Florida man who is a Homeowners Association (HOA) president, is facing additional charges for allegedly keeping a hidden camera inside a master bedroom in one of the condos he was caring for.
“According to reports gathered, in the first case, a male and female were staying in a condo at the end of August, and packing to leave when the female noticed a hidden camera plugged-in inside an indoor flower pot that was located in the master bedroom.”
This is the third victim that was allegedly recorded on camera in a different condo than the initial charges.
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) has arrested 59-year-old Robert W. Orr for the second time on an additional five charges, including three counts of video voyeurism and two counts of unlawful use of a two-way communications device.
According to the sheriff’s office, Orr was released after posting a $25,000 bond.
Orr was arrested in the beginning of September on four counts of video voyeurism after a woman and man found a USB camera hidden inside an indoor flower pot in a master bedroom in one of the condos Orr was caring for.
After that arrest, Orr was booked into jail, but again released after posting a $20,000 bond on those allegations.
