Skylah Grimshaw Obituary, 23-year-old Louisiana Resident Killed After An Early-sunday Morning Vehicle Crash

A 23-year-old Louisiana resident is dead after an early-Sunday morning vehicle crash.

Skylah Grimshaw was killed after crashing into a tree, according to Beaumont police.

Around 2:30 a.m., a 2014 Toyota Corolla driven by Grimshaw was eastbound in the 1000 block of Interstate 10 when it hit a 20155 Dodge Dart from behind, police said.

Grimshaw, who was not wearing a seatbelt, lost control of the vehicle and hit a tree. She was killed on impact, police said.
