Ste’fen Baulkman; 19-Year-Old Ste’fen Baulkman Identified as Driver in Fatal Chicopee Crash that Killed Younger Brother

The elder brother of a 13-year-old boy killed in a fatal crash in Chicopee last month is identified as the apparent driver of the car that collided with a house and caught fire, according to motor vehicle records.

Ste’fen Baulkman, 19, had his driver’s license revoked on the day of the March 25 collision, which also seriously injured the homeowner at 1084 Montgomery St., records obtained by The Republican show. They also show a troubled driving history.
